Kids TaeKwonDo
Our Kids TaeKwonDo classes are designed to help your child develop important life skills such as respect and self confidence. Taekwondo gives a social outlet as students bond with instructors, each other, and the greater community.
Teen/Adult TKD
In our teen/adult classes we cater towards students of all ages and abilities. We do many more calisthenics, stretching, strength training, and more intensive fitness driven workouts. We do great confidence building and team building activities. We build slowly and work with each teen and adult at their level.
NinjaTrix
NinjaTrix is the newest sport discipline encompassing PARKOUR, TUMBLING and MARTIAL ARTS skills! Our program was developed by lifelong martial artists, gymnastics coaches and parkour enthusiasts to create a totally new, totally engaging, totally crazy fun sport.
Our facility
We have a 6,000 sq ft training facility. Equipped with a full workout gym, weight equipment, a rock climbing wall, and so much more! Come check out why we have been Mt. Pleasant's leading training center since 2009.
